Home Staging Services

At 184 Decor we specialize in full home staging, however we can do as much or as little as you require.

Your home will be expertly assessed as to what is required to make it the most appealing to a potential buyer. Once the home is "stage ready" your package will include:

 

  • Recommendations for improvements and repairs

  • Selection and delivery of Staging accessories

  • Selection and arrangements for furniture rental and delivery if needed

  • Professional staging of all rooms 

  • Attention to curb appeal

  • Arrangements for pick up of all rental items once the property has sold

 

We do it all so that you don't have too!

 

We use your furniture and accessories whenever possible to cut down on rental costs, however, we have access to a warehouse full of home furnishings that will appeal to a large audience.

PRICE GUIDE

Consultations $150 ** in the GTA

Consultation fee is waived when full staging is purchased within 60 days.

 

CONSULTATIONS

During your consultation we will conduct a detailed walk through of your home. Making note of all possible repairs and improvements, suggestions for de-cluttering and ideas for furniture placement to best optimize your space.

We take lots of pictures to make sure nothing is missed. You will receive a detailed report outlining all of the above following our visit.

** Payment is due upon initial visit.

 

HOME STAGING

Home staging starting as low as $750 (Not including the cost of furniture and accessory rental)

 

Home Staging cost is based on the size of the property, how many rooms are to be staged and whether rentals are required.

 

At 184 Decor we try hard to work within your budget. We can provide staging for every room in your home or perhaps just focus on the rooms with the greatest impact, your living room, dining room, kitchen and primary bedroom.
