We do it all so that you don't have too!
We use your furniture and accessories whenever possible to cut down on rental costs, however, we have access to a warehouse full of home furnishings that will appeal to a large audience.
Life too busy? We can arrange for de-cluttering, packing, storage, cleaning, repairs and painting for you at an additional cost.
At 184 Decor we specialize in full home staging, however we can do as much or as little as you require.
Consultations $100 ** in the GTA
Consultation fee is waived when full staging is purchased.
During your consultation we will conduct a detailed walk through of your home. Making note of all possible repairs and improvements, suggestions for de-cluttering and ideas for furniture placement to best optimize your space.
We take lots of pictures to make sure nothing is missed. You will receive a detailed report outlining all of the above within 24 hours of our visit.
** Payment is due upon initial visit.
Home staging starting as low as $650 (Not including the cost of furniture and accessory rental)
Home Staging cost is based on the size of the property and how many rooms are being staged.
At 184 Decor we try hard to work within your budget. We can provide staging for every room in your home or perhaps just focus on the rooms with the greatest impact, your living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
